UN-approved containers for the chemical industry.

André te Rietmole,
Specialist Chemistry

The storage and transport of chemical substances are subject to strict rules and regulations. Dijkstra Plastics produces and supplies various types of UN-approved, round buckets for the chemical industry. UN certification guarantees high-quality packaging that remains intact and fully sealed, even under demanding conditions.

All our buckets have proven their reliability during intensive testing. Dijkstra Plastics can advise you on the type of product to use and we know which regulations you should take into account. In-Mold Labelling (IML) enables us to give your packaging more attention power with a durable label containing information or warning symbols

UN certification is a quality mark issued by the UN committee for the transport of dangerous goods falling within the ADR regulation. Dijkstra Plastics offers various packaging, from 3 to 60 litre containers, with this hallmark for internationally recognised safety regulations drawn up for packaging. The EC-UN and ECS-UN series offer the certainty that the strict UN standards for this class of solids and granulates are met.

We use 100% recyclable raw materials (polypropylene). Depending on the application of the bucket, we can make various applications possible through specifications. A bucket can be made more suitable for freezing, or for hotfill, drop resistance or other product-specific requirements. And of course we have very sustainable solutions made of recycled plastic, PCR (Post Consumer Recycled).

The shape of the bucket can mean a lot in ease of use, logistics costs or attention value. You can choose from a wide range of round, square or rectangular buckets with all desired capacity sizes. By using different types of brackets and lids, we offer all the solutions for your packaging needs.
